Yes! This shop really exist. It's called Yuigadokuson(唯我独尊).
They are well-known for their Japanese Style Curry Rice. You can read the review of the restaurant here.
The term "rururu" really do exist, it's used when you need to refill curry sauce.
The dish Seo Jun and Hana ordered was sausage omelette curry with rice. It's one of their trademark dishes. It has been getting a lot of good reviews from the locals and tourist. Indeed the dish looked really mouth watering in Love Rain Episode 5.
This place is definitely going to be a tourist spot in Furano, Hokkaido.
